To celebrate the 30th anniversary of New Earth Theatre, we have set up a 9-month incubator with six partner venues.

We are looking for six British East and Southeast Asian artists/companies who are interested in using a heritage artform in their modern theatre practice. Each artist will receive £2,000, mentoring in fundraising, marketing, and creative development, and a residency in a leading theatre venue.

We are thrilled to be capturing the company’s legacy over the past 30 years through the New Earth Living Archive project, supported by the V&A and funded by The Heritage Lottery Fund.

We are looking for a highly organised and skilled producer/event manager who shares our passion of championing BESEA artists and communities, and bringing hidden voices into the spotlight. You will have experience managing projects with multiple outputs; an interest in heritage and archives; as well as an understanding of community and volunteer engagement.
