We have many exciting artist development opportunities for BESEA artists across England. 

We sponsor an industry-panelled bursary and offer free intensive training to BESEA theatremakers, playwrights and backstage creatives through our flagship New Earth Academy programme. We also support the development of BESEA theatre companies and artist hubs nationwide.
