A Tamasha x New Earth development programme for early career ethnically diverse producers.

Producers First is a 12-month pilot programme developed in partnership between Tamasha Theatre Company and New Earth Theatre, supporting the development of the next generation of ethnically diverse producers. The producers will meet online monthly for bespoke workshops and networking with industry professionals, as well as be assigned a mentor later in the course for tailored guidance as they manoeuvre to the next stages of their career.
