Phoebe Tsang is a Hong-Kong born Chinese, British and Canadian playwright and librettist. Her libretti have been premiered by the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Tapestry Opera. The author of Contents of a Mermaid’s Purse (Tightrope Books), her poetry and fiction has appeared in journals and anthologies worldwide.
